Project Overview: Child Development Daycare
We completed the full renovation of Alphabet Academy, a 10,800-square-foot child development daycare in Sparks, Nevada. The project transformed the space into a state-of-the-art facility featuring 15 classrooms, 12 bathrooms, and a total occupancy capacity of 207, accommodating 191 children and 16 employees. Under the leadership of Project Manager Ashley Gosney and Superintendent RJ Tanner, the interior alterations included a change of occupancy to “E-2” Type III (daycare) classification. This project exemplifies our commitment to delivering high-quality, functional spaces tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
