Collaborated closely with the owner over 1.2 years, focusing rigorously on budget adherence and value engineering to ensure financial targets were met seamlessly.

Executed a comprehensive renovation of the entire interior, meticulously coordinating every aspect, including overcoming challenges in material procurement during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our dedication extended to traveling to various locations to secure timely material deliveries.

Pioneered an innovative design in the lobby featuring a steel map of Chicago, a first of its kind. Slaten Constructions created multiple prototypes to achieve perfection. This stunning piece, enhanced with ceramic and LED lights, now serves as the main wall’s focal point.

At the client’s request, Slaten took the lead on design, working collaboratively with subcontractors to deliver outstanding results. Despite the rigorous 14-month budgeting phase, we successfully met both the budget and project timeline during an exceptionally challenging period.
