- Assisted in budgeting for this year-long project, ensuring financial efficiency and precision throughout the development process.
- Supported the project in meeting critical timelines, including navigating delays with the city to maintain project momentum.
- Completed a full build-out, including new offices, a lunch and break room, bathrooms and locker rooms, and an industrial layout with comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
