The Ridge at The Peaks

Slaten Construction was hired as the General Contractor for this this independent living facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The building features four stories and the interior renovations were for corridors, dining room, theater, bistro, living rooms, activity rooms, reception area, elevator lobbies, restrooms and laundry rooms. 

The exterior renovation included exterior painting, installation of new siding and new entry doors as well as construction of a a large translucent patio roof.
