Project Overview: Office Space Demolition and Warehouse Expansion
This 30-day project involved transforming an existing office space into an expanded warehouse for a client relocating their business.
Scope of Work:
- Demolition: Removed office walls, existing HVAC systems, and additional warehouse walls to create a larger storage space.
- Electrical and HVAC Updates: Installed new electrical systems and safely removed outdated HVAC units.
- Reconfigurations: Reused doors and built a dividing wall in the largest office to create two functional office spaces.
- Breakroom Adjustments: Removed cabinets to make room for a larger table.
Added Value:
Although not part of the original scope, we:
- Painted the new dividing wall in the offices on both sides.
- Removed an additional wall in the warehouse to further improve functionality.
Timeline and Results:
The client needed the space ready by December 13th to start moving equipment. We completed all major work by December 11th and installed the client’s signage on December 17th. The project finished on time, under budget, and exceeded the client’s expectations.
