Project Overview:
The Slaten team successfully completed a design-build veterinary facility for Hometown Veterinary Clinic, delivering the project from initial concept through final construction. Our scope included conceptual design, architectural plans, engineering, permitting, and full construction execution.
The completed facility features a fully equipped veterinary layout designed to support efficient patient care and staff workflow, including:
- Five exam rooms
- Acupuncture room
- Treatment areas
- X-ray imaging room
- Surgical suites
- Break room for staff
- Reception and lobby area
Through close collaboration with the client and an integrated design-build approach, Slaten delivered the project in a record time frame of just 77 days.
This project marks the sixth facility Slaten has completed for Hometown Veterinary Clinic in the past two years, reflecting a strong and ongoing partnership built on trust, speed, and quality execution.
