KAIA “King Abdulaziz International Airport”:
The project encompassed the construction of a 670,000 m² passenger terminal complex designed with a distinctive twin crescent footprint. The state-of-the-art terminal featured 46 contact gates, 94 boarding bridges, premium lounges, an airside hotel, and a wide array of dining and retail options. Purpose-built to accommodate the double-deck Airbus A380, the facility includes an advanced baggage handling system with nearly 60 km of conveyor belts.
To ensure seamless connectivity, Automated People Movers links the terminal to other airport facilities. A dedicated transportation hub integrates a modern rail station, while a striking 136-meter-high air traffic control tower serves as a new landmark for the airport.
The airport itself operates with three runways, complemented by parallel taxiways for maximum efficiency. With a 2,146-meter separation between the two parallel runways, the design enables simultaneous take-offs and landings of even the largest aircraft, including the A380. The runways measure 3,690 m (12,106 ft), 3,299 m (10,825 ft), and 3,800 m (12,467 ft), ensuring capacity for global long-haul operations.
Assila Twin Tower:
Rising prominently on the city skyline, the Assila Twin Towers showcase modern design and mixed-use functionality. The development features two towers—33 stories and 39 stories—anchored by vibrant retail storefronts at street level.
The first tower is home to the Assila Luxury Collection Hotel, offering world-class hospitality and refined accommodations. The second tower combines lifestyle and leisure with four dedicated floors of restaurants, cafés, and a spa, while the upper levels house exclusive luxury apartments with sweeping views of the city.
This landmark project seamlessly blends hospitality, residential, and retail spaces, setting a new standard for urban living and design.
Golden Tower:
Completed in 2018, the Golden Tower stands as a striking landmark along Corniche Road, rising 205 meters (673 feet) across 49 stories.
