- Over the years, we’ve collaborated with the owner on various thematic renovations, including creating a vibrant New Orleans section complete with Mardi Gras-inspired dance clubs, bars, and restaurants.
- Executed a comprehensive renovation of all rooms across the property, including updates to the prominent tower.
- Upgraded all bathrooms to be ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility and modern comfort for all visitors.
- Leveraged our expertise in bridge construction to ingeniously build new decks over the lake. This innovative process involved constructing from a boat, creating enclosures around the columns, extracting water, and installing new piers to ensure structural integrity and stunning aesthetics.
