Slaten Construction revitalized a two-story assisted living facility to create a more welcoming and functional space for residents and staff. The interior renovations included updates to common areas such as corridors, stairways, the dining room, private offices, a theater, bistro, salon, conference room, living and activity rooms, reception area, restrooms, and laundry rooms. On the exterior, a fresh coat of paint rejuvenated the building’s appearance.

This project is one of many projects where Slaten has served as the general contractor for renovating senior living facilities with high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
